Assessment fee payments are due on the 1st of January, April, July and October, and you have a 30-day grace period to pay the fee. If you experiencing circumstances that are preventing you from paying your assessments, please call the Association’s property manager at (804) 404-8012 and speak to her regarding this situation. The Association is always willing to work with an owner, but we need to be aware of your need to make payment arrangements prior to sending late notices, or taking further action.
