BAYHILL POINTE POOL PARTY REGULATIONS (during regular pool hours)
- Application must be submitted at least one (1) week in advance of desired pool party date
- Purchase guest passes for each non-Bayhill Pointe resident via the website bayhillpointe.membersplash.com The non-resident fee for ages 6 years old and up is $6 per person. This fee applies to anyone in the pool area whether they are swimming or not. A guest pass will also be required for Bayhill Pointe residents who are not registered or have a picture on file at the website.
- Pool management may deny request of pool usage on day of party for any reason (ex. weather, necessary cleaning of pool, more residents than the lifeguards were prepared for, etc…)
- Your pool party area must be cleaned and checked by the pool manager before you leave the premises. If your pool party area is not properly cleaned, you will be billed at $25 an hour for time spent in cleaning your party area.
- Bayhill Pointe resident booking the event must be present at all times during the party.
- A pool party is when you are bringing in more than 4 guests or 1 family during open pool hours. If you are bringing in more than 4 guests or 1 family, you must complete a Pool Party Application one week in advance.
- You must have 1 adult for every six children aged 7 and below.
- Parties can only be held in the main pool area and not the baby pool.
- Tables may not be rearranged or moved. Tables cannot be reserved before your reservation time.
- Party Decorations – Decorations may not be tied or affixed to the fences or umbrellas. All decorations must be removed from the pool area before leaving.
- Please hand out goodie bags as guests are leaving.
- We will not be scheduling parties on holiday weekends.
**Note – The clubhouse is not part of your Pool Party request. The clubhouse is not available for rent during normal pool hours.
Direct adult supervision of children must be maintained at all times while the group is in or near the water. Adults must have visual contact with the children in their group at all times. Supervision is defined as being able to see, hear and discipline the children that the adult is directly responsible for watching. Adults must ensure that children are abiding all facility rules and are encouraged to review facility rules upon visit.
